With a strong background in veterinary medicine and a special focus on dentistry, Dr. Nakamura brings a wealth of experience to our team. She earned her veterinary degree in Tokyo, Japan, in 1996 and completed two years of specialized training in veterinary neurology at UC Davis. Beyond her dedication to pet health, Dr. Nakamura is passionate about giving back. As a member of the California Veterinary Medical Corps, she assists animals affected by natural disasters. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her Poodle mix, Annie, and Pomeranian, Millie, and playing tennis with her husband and two children.
