Veterinary Technician
Denise has always had a deep love for animals, growing up in a home filled with pets ranging from bearded dragons and rats to snakes and geckos. However, she has always felt a special connection to dogs. While attending Vet Tech school, she gained hands-on experience as a dog handler and went on to earn her Associate of Science in Veterinary Technology. She is now preparing to take her licensing exam.Denise has a special passion for working with senior pets, inspired by her own 12-year-old Dachshund, Ruthie Rue, and the recent loss of her beloved senior German Shepherd, Gunner. She finds it incredibly rewarding to advocate for pets who cannot express their needs themselves.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, and, of course, spoiling Ruthie Rue!
